INFORMATION ABOUT NEET EXAM
NEET have 2 types NEET -UG and NEET-PG.but now days NEET-UG
is replaced by AIMPT (All India Premedical Test).and NEET_PG is Common Entrance
Test (CET).
NEET Stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. It
is a national level entrance test in India for students want to study medical
course MBBS, BHMS and dental course BDS. This exam will be conducted by Central
Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
NEET-UG
NEET was initially proposed since 2012 by the Government of
India. But it was opposed by CBSE and MCI due to several reasons so government deferred
NEET by a year. First time it was held on 5 may 2013 across all over Indian
students. So much of parties opposed this exam so MCI announced, “We could not
interfere with the Medical admission done by colleges
Following the announcement from MCI it introduced NEET-UG
2012,several states opposed this exam also. So for all this verdict and
contributions MCI introduced AIPMT
The All India Pre Medical Test, also known as AIPMT, to be
held on May 1, 2016, would be considered as the first phase of the NEET.
